Refund Policy

We operate under a strict no refund policy. Because our products are digital downloads, we only offer refunds under very specific circumstances, such as a duplicate billing error.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on downloaded e-books, downloaded exams, sale items, or gift cards.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period For residents of the European Union and the UK, consumer law usually provides a 14 day right to cancel an order. However, this rule does not apply to digital content. By purchasing and downloading our digital materials, you expressly agree to receive the files immediately and you acknowledge that you waive your 14 day right to cancel. You cannot return or cancel a digital order once the file has been accessed.

Refund Process If a refund is granted for a special circumstance like a duplicate charge, we will notify you. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
